PRODUCTION PROCESS
From panel processing to the finished product ready for use, here are the 5 stages of the ARES production cycle:
- SECTIONING: Cutting to size and automatic handling of panels;
- SQUADRABORDING: Squaring and edging, according to the types of edges and finishes;
- DRILLING: Drilling of panels, necessary for assembly and mounting;
- ASSEMBLY: Assembly of semi-finished panels, by product type/color;
- SHIPPING: Parcel/product shipping.

ARES employs a streamlined sales structure whose main strength is industryexperience and knowledge of markets and customer needs.
To go along with the rapidity with which market "fashions" change in the furniture sector, ARES has set up a Research Design Structure that follows and detects current trends in order to propose them to the customer quickly: this structure analyzes new and existing materials and finishes , designs and creates new projects that are proposed and tested and then forwarded to theTechnical Department for engineering.
