PRODUCTIVE PROCESS
From panel processing to the finished product ready to be used, here are the 5 phases of the ARES production cycle:
- SAWING: Cutting to size and automatic movement of the panels;
- SQUARING EDGING: Squaring and edging, according to the types of edges and finishes;
- DRILLING: Drilling of the panels, necessary for assembly and assembly;
- ASSEMBLY: Assembly of semi-finished panels, by type of product/colour;
- SHIPPING: Shipping of parcels/products.
COMMERCIAL NETWORK
ARES uses a streamlined commercial structure, whose main strength is industry experience and knowledge of the markets and customer needs.
To accommodate the rapidity with which market “fads” change in the furniture sector, ARES has equipped itself with a research project structure that follows and detects current trends to propose them to the customer quickly: this structure analyzes new materials and finishes and already in use, designs and creates new projects which are proposed and tested and then transmitted to the Technical Office for engineering.
